Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Cubero, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Cubero, NM licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate Cubero scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Cubero flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Cubero commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
Ponding water on our building had been an issue for years until they actually fixed the drainage instead of just patching around it.
